Dear Friends ,
I have issued a Transfer order to one of our employee at my another location which is in Delhi.
He has accepted the order and agreed to join on or before the said date .
But till now he hasn't joined there . I need to send a letter to him stating that to join immediatly at the said location otherwise necessary action will be taken against him .
I need a draft letter for that which i need to send to that person.

This refers to our transfer order vide letter ref. .. dtd and your acceptance for the same vide letter no .
However; we are surprised to note that you have not yet joined your duties at Delhi . This would be treated as a serious violation of the company's protocol .
You are hereby by advised to report to Delhi by dt.. and send us an explanation letter as to why you could not join on ..such & such date.
