Dear Ponraj,

Basically E-Coli is coming under Enterobactericea family and it is pathogen (antigen) and cause disease in human body. If our immune system have sufficient amount of antibody to kill the antigen, we will not affected by disease. Otherwise we will suffer with fewer, diarroea and other associated diseases.

It is basically availble in spoiled or unproperly processed foods and poor drinking water (drainage water mixed). Therefore water and foods are need to boiled at 100 degree temperature or water can be filtered through membrane.

For sterile medical devices and injectables, the product are sterilized by heat or gas or radiation process. If products have E-Coli (Any enterobacteriacea family) prior to steriliation. The bacteria can get killed, but the residue (dead body) remain availble on products. It will produce Endotoxin (toxic) in human body and it leads to death of human beings. Therefore all the manufacturer are recommended to test endotoxin level on the products prior release to the market.

For above example for "If E-Coli live and death will cause the disease".

Deal my dear friends, everything in our hand to control the contamination and save our's life and our future generations.

Thanks for your's time with me and we will meet you soon.

Regards,

N.Rajasekaran
