Have you gone through your topic.I suggest you to first go through and try to inculcate in actual what do you understand by it,Iam doing my research on same topic and the company i am working with have started Talent management syatem .So i can suggest you but on initial phase first you read as much as you can.

yes,i have been reading on the topic ,mainly few research articles, trying to understand the components which come under it etc...i have 1 more month to complete the project,so just want to get an idea as to how to go about it.as i am doing my intetns nw,i need to have a clear idea as to what all information i need to get from the company.my checklist includes components as-recruitment,retention,appraisals,compensations etc-mainly the components which would make employees stick on with the company and thereby reducing the attrition.i believe this leads to a better talent management.
