Hello Friends,
I started with my 2 years PG diploma (Distance learining), from Welingkars with the thought that it is similar to MBA...
But than some of my friends told me it is just a certificate which will not add the value....
so after completing my first year of PG I droped the idea of continuing it....
can any one suggest me should I complete my specialisation...
currently I am working as Executive in Recruitment.......
Do you think PG will help me further???
