Hello Nandkumar,
You haven't mentioned 'WHY' did you have to devise this scheme in the First place.
Also, you haven't mentioned if anything was done to alleviate the causes/reasons for late attendance of the employees--assuming this to be the reason for this Reward Scheme.
So any comments by the Forum members wouldn't really address your problem.
Pl give the FULL & COMPLETE picture if you want real practical suggestions to the WHOLE problem & not a piece-meal solution, since it's usually interlinked.
