To, Dear All ,
One of my friend has resigned from services with clean record. However there was some outstanding due from clients he has booked orders for company. Now while settling his dues during final settlement company has deducted this outstanding payments of clients from his dues .
Is it allowed under law ? Is this practice correct from HR view?
