HI ALL,
How often do you brief your teams?
I do it every day and we call the session a crew brief.
No matter if i dont have anyhting special to announce or anything important for the day, i still do the CB and make sure everybody is in the team and share their goals for the day and are reminded of the expectations of the Management.
I am attaching a few forms for your use.
