Dear Shady,
For setting goals, you can ask every one to play a game with you.Th game would start asking anyone to play with you to reach no.20 whoever reaches no.20 first wins the game. The player can add maximum 2 no. to the one other person has selected. You can reach no.20 if you have 2,5,8,11,14,17 with you.You can brief them about setting goals and celebrating milestones. For any assistance, please feel free to call 09967352331.Maybe this activity would help.

Hi Shady,
You can ask the employees to form a group of 2-5 people and give them some puzzles (the puzzle should like this which can not be solved without writing down)give 3-5 min to solve without using paper and pen, then they will not able to solve it , then again give time this time allow them to use paper and Pen, then communicate the answer from all the team.
Conclusion : written goal are more clear and precise
Written goals have a way of transforming wishes into wants; cant's into cans; dreams into plans; and plans into reality. Don't just think it—ink it!.
