Dear Sir,
I am student of MPM for My academic interest request you to please give a brief explanation with regards to the calculations, period when it is revised, how is DA related to Basic Pay etc.
Is this based on Position Classess / Market Rates.

Please mention for which state these wages are to avoid confusion of the fellow members. Atleast these are not for Maharashtra.

Dear Seniors,
we need to calculate the cost of labour ( skilled & unskilled) for Business Plan (new Manufacturing unit) and I need to provide it to our General Manger.
Requirement : Wage / pay - scale in Maharashtra, Uttarpradesh, Bangalore & Chennai.
Is there any website where this information can be accessed
It would be nice if seniors guide me calculating the same.
