Yes it is a very interesting article and the facts and figures mentioned tell us the true story of Indian Inc. and the figures they hide from everyone.
But it is also a very thought provoking article, if the Indian CEO's are paid at par with the Global CXO's then why not the other people as well, why just compare the CEO's globally?....
No doubt that CEO's strategises the growth and numbers...but if we have to adapt Global standards for compensation...lets revise the whole thing from bottom to top.....
Would really like all of you to be a part of this discussion...
