Hi Friends,
Here I am posting one good "Daily Attendence Sheet Formate" which helps in calculating the daily attendence of the employees in the small firms.
You have to just put 1 in present days, c-offs and 0.5 in Half-days accordingly. While in beneficial leaves you have to manually calculate.
Please go through the Legend for each beneficial leaves, offs, holidays, absent etc...
Surely it will be helpful to everyone.

Dear Mr. Viral,
Microsoft excel is designed in such a way that calculate everything and anything. In your format, you have used manual calculations. Rather you should use formulas to get the results. You should concentrate on your excel skills.
Thanks,

Dear ameeta,
coming late is a common problem with the staff . you just notice for a week who all fall in this category of coming late and point it out on whenever they come late the very time they enter office ! ask them the reason for being late if you willd o it regularly one day they will start coming on time . it no matters at all if they are going late one has to be punctual in daily routine . intially it you will feel bad while pointing out again & again but this is the only way to deal with late comers.

Dear Viral,
Very nice format..only missing those who came late (late mark) in regular time. eg. 3 LM is .5 deduction. This is useful for Corporate, for Production & factory need to update.
Nice one..
