There are a lot of inputs available on ethics but not much which are specific to India/Indian business environment or the ethics which considers Indian Management style/way of working. Also particularly how one addresses the issue of bribery in Indian condition which may be as low few rupees or a small box of sweet! Immediate inputs will be highly appreciated.

Everyday scams in our socio-political economy, the way how the files move in Govt sectors, the atrocities on women, the terrorist and the like activities etc are all a reflection of hollowness of our ethical system. This should not sound that we lack ethics. But system as a whole needs huge repairs. In fact, all MBA colleges should focus their attention on this issue while assigning project work to their students. You will make a big library on this subject.
