Not true its designed around alot things and working in the heat plus the work
Even using electrolites in the water to increase energy water does help but its sweat out put that writes the page

This calculation table is designed as per weight of the body in normal weather condition. For those working in Hot climate has to take adequate fluids. Whoever involved in the Welding, Gas Cutting activities and DG Operators are to take maximum water.
This water calculation is made for those who stay always in AC who never feels to drink water.
