Hi Varsha,
Why not create a notebook of sorts on computer for the important sections and laws that you think are of use in your daily routine.
I had done that and lately they are on tips now...so its an easy way to remember...

Dear Varsha,
Now you are an employee. You need not mug up or reproduce the sections of Labour Laws. The only thing you have to do is to read important Sections of the Labour laws, irrespective of their usage, till you get familiar with them.
Start sorting and note them a note book and try to remember.
No easy was or short cuts. During the course of time, you will definitely become familiar with them.
Remember one thing, the more you apply the Law, the more they will be familiar.
Don't worry about Law. But try to analyse the problem and practice to apply the Law accordingly.
Soon you will become expert in Labour Law.
Wish you best of luck.
