Kindly pls help me regarding this, as in this i had been asked by mgmt. to increase salary by incresing its basic on 13.61%, pls suggest me how it can be done.

no Mr. Singh this was not helpful, as i told that there is incremnet of 13.61%, but you had not added the incremented part,any way thanks for your help.
