To write a "good answer in a constructive manner ", you need to study the three concepts in depth; then, digest the information; and the try and draw a conceptual framework to show the relation between the three.
For example, as the question what is it that you will be rewarding, why and how? An answer to that question will lead you to the information that you are seeking.
