Its very nice...really very helpful.
Why not discuss some of the ideas here for how to use SCAMPER in HR related things. Most of us being part of HR fraternity lets think out of box and share our ideas here for using SCAMPER.
Look forward for your response guys...in the mean time let me think how to work on SCAMPER..:)
