I want the help of all my seniour and friends for guiding me how to implement oshas 18001 and EMS 14001, these both are the standard of industrial safety and environment, what are the steps to be fulfiiled to do this and how much time it takes, please guiding me i'm very thankful to all of you

For Implementing the OHSAS 18001 and EMS 14001. you need to prepare various documents first you must have both the standards, second prepare a Intigrated Manual for both standard or if you want two seprate manual for each standard. Then you need to prepare the procedure, formats and Work Instruction.
If you have any experience in this field then it is ok otherwise hire a consultant who will help you to preparing the documents as welll as other requirement of both the standards.

pl go through your ISO 9001:2008 manual (if you have already certified for ISO), refer teh manual of ISO 9001 with standard you will come to understand how to prepare manual inline with standard
