Can anyone plz help me knowing what is mock training session..... long back someone asked bt der is no reply.... i hv been a trainer from few years bt never came across any mock training session infront of d panel of seniors.... plz help....

I am sharing experience with you that at customer services industry regarding call centers inbound or outbound when a new product launch , new policies goes through or new processes includes at system first it opens a MOCK ( arrange environment at floor ) then two persons play the role voluntarily and discussed like parties for understanding then after a session of how more productive it should for out world .

Like one of our blogger keeps saying, "Search First and then Ask". Had you searched the web before posting the query you would have found an answer at Mock training session held at Sinclair <link updated to site home> ( Search On Cite | Search On Google )
Do not students take Mock Tests before appearing for CATS and GMAT Exams? Also see http://www.e-skills.com/news-and-eve...interview-day/ It is similar to test run for cars and aircrafts.
