Dear Basha,
For a trainee I would recommend to understand all the processes and procedures of the organisation. This will help u realize your own area of interest. After identifying your area of interest you can ask your mentor to place you there so that you could pursue that.
Also I would recommend that you try to learn things as if you are an student there, and try getting along with the team so that you feel a sense of belongingness . If the team feels the same about you, ur chances of getting absorbed their increases..
Happy Learning and have a great career ahead!!

Hi Dear friends.
This is basha and presently i am working in a manufacturing facility as a HR Trainee for the past one year. If i want to go for a IT Company their way of doing things is different than that of manufacturing. i just want to know what are the things have to be adjusted to join in a IT company.
For ex: way of recruiting in manufacturing is totally different as of a IT company.
Like this what are diffrent areas between Manu and IT. and how to cope up with that kind of transformation.
Kindly help me as i am new to this field i just want to develop myself for IT sector.
