This is a realistic article, some private companies are still having these type of attitude, where the neither the company nor the staff grows.
What to do?
We are to survive in this materialistic world.
Let us hope that the 2011 brings some change in the attitude of the minds of enterpreneurs.

Excellent article. Nowaydays, Organisations are suffering with this type of many people who are most arrogant at the higher levels. If any body wants to become a real Leader, he should behave in a proper way and commit to Organisation's success.

Yes Mr. Rajasekhar
Whoever reaches in really higher level, obviously they know the Humane value and how to behave properly with all the people.
Whoever coming in hereditory, it depends on how they have been brought up by their surroundings.
Anyhow it is a matter of survival.
With warm regards

hi,
Thanks for the article. This is so true in real life. In our organization also we are going through a similar phase. Our company is not doing good because of the arrogant behavior of my immediate boss. We have complained n number of times to my MD/CEO but in vain. I had also resigned but my MD got me back in office giving good reasons for my comeback....as i read this story.. I thought this was my story...
Regards,
Yogita

Dear Yogita
Sometimes we have to convince ourselves or we have to get convinced.
What to do. With this article we came to know a great philosophy "CONVINCE OR GET CONVINCED". This is the life.
With warm regards
