Please note in each every company MIS is of a different type. Actually it depends on the management what they want.
MIS may consist the following reports in common for HR people:
1. Monthly Department-wise details of new joiners and what is the cost to the company of new joiners?
2. How many employees have left this month and what was their salary?
3. How much overtime was there in the previous month?
4. How many employees were absent on how many days in the previous month?
5. What is the difference in salary in comparison of the previous month?
6. What was the reason of employees leaving the organization?
7. How many PF withdrawal forms processed this month?
8. How many ESI cards obtained this month?
9. How many ESI cards pending this month?
10. Is there any change in minimum wages?
11. Is there any salary revision of any employee?
12. How many employees have qualified for gratuity this month?
13. How many mediclaim policies have been purchsed this month at what cost?
14. How many emplyees are eligible for supernuation?
15. What are the deductions this month?
16. How much amount has been sanctioned for loans and advances this month?
17. How many birthdays are there in coming month?
18. How many marriage anneviraries are there in coming month?
19. How much was the PF amount deposited for the previous month?
20. How much was the ESI amount deposited for the previous month?
