As part of my project on compensation and benefits benchmarking, i need to take a survey of the compensation structure of a few IT companies. Since i understand that the data is classified, i dont expect any specific info. i would just need the max min figures. Those who can help me, could you please mail me ur mail id's? i will mail the forms to you and u can mail them back t me on completion...

I am an MBA-HR student of Indira Institute of Management, Pune. I am a project trainee at Opus Software Solutions as part of the Summer Internship Program (SIP).
I am doing my project on "Compensation and Benefits Benchmarking in IT Companies." For this purpose, I require some data regarding the compensation and benefits structure of your organization for 2 departments, namely - Development Dpt. and Human Resources Dpt. I understand that this data is confidential in nature. Hence, I request you to give the minimum and maximum figures as required.
The files attached included 2 parts:
Part1: Introduction

This is the introductory document regarding the project and also contains a form to be filled by yourself about your organisation.
Part2: Compensation and Benefits Survey
=========================================
This is an excel document containing 2 template sheets of each of the departments to be filled by yourself about the compensation breakup in every level of the organisation.
