1 We would like to employ workers under fixed term employment (say for 11 months)
2 Whether the continuous service of 240 days applicable in this case?
3 Whether the workers can claim permanency at the end of the 11 months?
4 If we give break 2 times and employ them for more than 240 days what will be result.
4 Under which section and Act, we talk about permanency? ID act says only about compensation to be paid if worked for more than 240 days at the time retrenchment and not about permanency? From where did the term permanency come?
I request all learned senior members to give your valuable advise/ comments on the ssame.

Now how to employ contract workers under direct roll of the company, without giving any room for claiming permanency by the workers.?
