Hi Everyone,
I have joined an IT company , that has been recently started and have around 15 employees . The firm doesn't have any HR document or policies so far and its going to expand in the operation by recruiting around 10 more candidates . Being an HR Graduate I wish to start an HR department with Prominent HR policies and documentations starting from framing vision , objectives, JD and so on but I need help from the experts in CiteHR who can guide me in the right path. Do help me in my work process and setting up an dynamic HR department .
