I didn't understand regarding scoring the goal or moving the ball from one end to other as no one is allowed to move fro his place.Then how one will be able to reach the other side of the goal?

if you focus on the second slide, the yellow circles are ment for one team and the green circles are for the other team. The distribution is such that, one team is spread over the entire filed. So, one player in yellow (circle) team will try to pass the ball to the other player who is near by (nearest yellow circle) and so on....
Second point, here, circles are not very small one. The size of the circle should be such, where the person can move at least two/three steps.
