Hello friends, This is the first time I am posting a mail . I hope to get a positive and quick response.
How can we differentiate between - skilled employees, semiskilled and unskilled employees?
How can we describe a technical, nontechnical and clerical job?
Please give an early reply. Its important.

Hi,
Unskilled means job which doesn't need any type of experience. A fresher can do that without any work knowledge.
Semi skilled means : to perform such job we need some experience but not expert.
Skilled means person should be experienced on concerned field.
highly skilled : A skilled personnel after getting some more experience having technical degree
regards

HI,
As per your queries i would like to suggest you that first read the job specification than try and understand the requirement and the qualification required for that job.
For example if you got requirement for receptionist position than obsiouly you cannot select technical persn for receptionist position. I hope you understand tecnical terms.
Any graduation will do for receptions post.
but if they require software engg than but an abvious quaification would be B.E, MCA, M.E, B_TECH MTech or BSC computer ( any one of this)
Tips
read the resume (qualifiaction, experience check availability
thanks

Hi Pranita,
the words itself gives the meaning what you r asking for??
Unskilled: where we dont need any type of experience(where we count freshers)
Semi skilled: must have some experience or knowledge in that field(where we can count the diploma /ITI holdes)
Skilled: who must have the degrees and experience and who has the quality to diagnosis the problem(where we count b.tech holders)
Highly skilled: who is master in that field with the qualification as well as experience with creativity.(where we can count the master degree holder)
Some time a master degree holder is count in semiskilled or skilled category as it realates with experience we keep both things in mind at the time of differenciate these things....
Clerical job-this is basically backend process job where we do paper work mostly(used in govt servics)
Non-Technical job(same as backend process job used in privat sector,it doesnot include any technical background)
Technical:where we need the technical background
