Greetings!!!!
You can't delete your account by yourself in Naukri. For that, you need to write a mail to customer care of Naukri and they will do it on their end.
In the meantime, you can make your profile unsearchable if you don't want to appear in search.
For that--
1. Log in to your naukri account
2. Go to "Set Profile Visibility" ( 2nd window, right hand side on your My Naukri Home page)
3. Change the setting to "Not Searchable".
4. Save Settings
