Dear all,
As per new rule for PF, I want to know that I didn't withdraw my previous PF account of my last organization. Kindly suggest that it will generate any further interest or I should withdraw it as soon as possible.
Because I came to know by some sources that as per new rule for PF, if any PF account will be inactive for 3 month or for some more period than it will not generate interest on PF amount.
I am in Rajasthan and my both PF account(previous and current) are of Rajasthan.

Dear Vinibuns,
It is learnt from the medias that the Central Board of Trustees (EPF) in its 190th meeting on 15.9.2010 has decided to stop interest accumulation after 36 months from the date the fund becoming inoperative ( not three months).
