Hi
Good morning
If you see MSDS (Material Safety Data SHeet) every supplier has to send with material, all safety precaution like Fire, handling method, First aid treatment, flash point mentioned.
So, you can just go through MSDS and get all detail from this and even all chemical you get MSDS from internet or sender company web site.

Dear All,
This is a good question raised for chemical safety.
I think MSDS is the best thing available for Chemical safety. Any one can easily understand the basic requirements for handling of chemicals. Yes, MSDS is with differetn head such as nine head, ten heads, sixteen heads, etc. We can go for sixteen heads. In this all the datas are given separately.
Moreover, some the points are like using Ammonia torch to identify the leakage, use of PPE suit, safety googles, Rubber hand gloves, gas mask / SCBA set in case of heavy leakage. U can use HCL personnel monitors for checking leakage.
Waiting for ur comments.
