Some companies maintain Trusts. Meetings are held annually of the Board of Directors (BoD) of their Trusts.
Does an Employee of such companies need to get the approval of the BoD for making a voluntary decision of their own income in VPF ?

HI,
This is SM Dhulipala, Sr. HR & Admin Manager of a BPO Co. My query is that is there any provision in EPF scheme to subscribe after one or two years of joining the company. Presumably for the reason the staff are leaving company in their initial months itself, the management constrained to take a decision to let the employees to subscribe to PF fund after a year or two. Is it legally correct?

Mr. Dhulipala It is not correct and illegal, if employee is coming under the purview of PF then you have to deduct PF from very first day of the joining.
