Dear All,
I am asked to prepare the KRA for administration, dispatch,purchase,reception,hr manager & Asmin executive.
I have earlier prepared the same for marketing department but not for these profiles, As marketing is having that measurement criterion but these profiles are Confusing me about the measuring criterion & the the work responsiblity how to be put in the same.
Please help me by providing some samples / examples on the same.
please help!!!!

Hi there ,
In order to prepare Key Result Area (KRA) you might consider to look at their job description as a starter, you alos need to let them list thier day to day tasks and on going projects. fromt here you can determin their KRA.
On the other hand most KRA depend on KPI boils down to the annual business plan which is already set by the mangment and cascaded to individual KPI & KRA so you also need to look at that.

It is my first time to hear about KRA, if for example:
The smart objective is: to reduce the turnover rate by 3% at the end of 2010.
The KPI is: the reduction of turnover rate by 3%.
What will be the KRA?

Hi there,

one way you can contribute in reducing turnover rate in your organisation is by conducting a

survey-employee satifaction survey

your survey should ask questions on communication/ Transperancy (between employees & managment) / motivation/ working conditions, Hr Policy(promotions/employee benefits provided ) / Admin services/ working environment (space/ lighting/ coniditioning/ salaires/

working community (people your working with). Dont forget to ask the 1 million dolar question (if you would change something you did not like in the company what

would it be), use the finiding in your survey to improve the area where you find the oranisation require to improve.
