Teaching is a noble profession but does not pay as much as one would expect. However, it would be good to obtain a teaching qualification to strengthen teaching skills.

Dear Arathi
I would strongly advise you to get industrial experience before setting out to teach management courses. This is based on my experience.
Have a nice day.

If you would like to continue your career as a teaching you have to do Phd also. Because for only MBA they will not give much salary and they will not consider as a professor, so my sugestion is along with teaching you need to do Phd also. so carry on have a great future.

Dear Arati,
Teaching is such a good profession which gives more satisfaction where as ind.experience is a work which is monotonous and fatigue. of course practical experiences help a lot in teaching, but selection of teaching profession with interest can create any one as a good teacher.

Dear Arati,
I would advice you not to go with teaching .It was a noble profession long back but the scenario is completely different now............my own experience.....you wont be satisfied because the salary is low as compared to the workload...its also a monotonous job.....all the best..........
