Dear All,
Please find attached Roadmap of Personality Development Programme and related questionnaire.
I have been able to draw this road-map with my life experiences for a span of rendering training for last 35 years. This is life-peried implementation programme to have Totally Organised Personality. Training can be provided for few days but implementation period would be upto the last day of our life. Each module has many a sub-modules which a trainer needs to develop.

Dear Mr. Jacob.
Thank you very much for your comments. You are right to mention that it's a little bit heavy for majority of the people. The reasons are:
  • different perceptions about the Personality
  • "Everyone has Personality but few have a Complete Personality or Organised Personality" this is not commonly known.
  • A road-map is not a detailed journey planing.
  • If I wish, even then I can not submit the Detailed and Comprehensive Programme of Personality Development in this forum.
  • Personality Development is a Continuous Implementation Process which ends at the end of life but training (which is a drive) has some period.
  • This road-map is not ultimate and time would demand change in concept.
  • Lot more
I have red few of your blogs. Those are highly motivational. I love to read such an inspirational life-changing subjects.
