Dear Friend,
I have attached the CTC calculator just enter the amount which amount company want to pay to the employees it will automatically split into various heads like Basic, HRA, Conveyance, Medical, Special Allowance etc... These are all to be considered at that time of employee tax liability. If you go through in this sheet at least you will get some idea.
