Hi,
Kindly checkout the salary breakup in your company,
Basic
HRA
CA
Transpotation Allowance
Medical
Bonus
Annual Allowance Etc
what is the percentage they have for each breakup. these things come under earnings. Some times they include PF(Employee contribution) in also.
