Dear Abhay
We are having two ambulance in our plant... Which is managed by Security & Helath Centre...
For any emergency one have to call the security to get the Ambulance... Vehicle fitness is checked once in a month jointly by Safety & Security Dept... So normally the vehicles are fit to fly... No need of regular checking on vehicle fitness...
In our health centre they are daily checking whether all the required medicines are available in the first aid box, oxygen cylinder and accessories etc... So daily cheking is done by health centre and maintaining one register about the particulars...

Dear Abhay...
No checklist is there... Will tell you more clearly what we are doing...
Our health centre consisting one doctor and two male nurses... One of the male nurses checking the Ambulance daily...
Following checking mainly...
Any medicine consumed on the last day?
Medical oxygen cylinder taken in use last day? It's accessories are in place?
If found any medicine missing they are re-filling it and entering in the register kept, what they refilling... Or else just putting date, writing cross checked and found OK and signing...
Now if you wish you may can make one checklist in consideration with the above points...
Lets hope if any of our members having such checklist they will post for the benefit of all...
With regards,
Dipil Kumar V

In addition to Dipil’s comment you need to consider the daily general inspection of the vehicle as it used in emergency which needs to fit for the purpose all the time. Thanks, Sam
