I just want to know is there any law or can company take a action against street boys (those who misbehave with ladies) as recently one of our colleague met an accident with some boys who were misbehaving with her while going to home near companies premises.

company can file complaint on behalf of woman employee to the concerned Polic Station for such kind of activities.or may provide adquate security with cab facility if possible.

Company has a right to take legal action about those person who mis behaved with female and can also file a fir at the nearest police station against them on behalf of the her .
