Thansk Hiten Parekh Actually I was adding Petrol price but in 2006 petrol price was Rs. 48/per ltr. that is why I excluded from the list.

Do you follow the CPI (consumer price index)?
We use it for wage revision and negotiation with Unions on wage revisions.
It covers a lot more commodities and services.
Useful and interesting to study.
