I am working as an AM HR in travel co. and we have a newly set up HR dept here. We are coming up with a latest and detailed HR Manual for our co. May I request all of u to kindly suggest some of the most intersting and useful ways to come out with a comprehensive HR Manual?
Also suggestions are welcome for Employee Admin Handbook.

• Company Rules and Regulation
• Company Workplace and Employee Ethics.
• Other Documents and Resources
i. Pay Query (Form)
ii. Employee Issue/Problem (Form)
iii. Conflict: Internal/External (Form)
iv. Leave Application (Form)
You can mention in your HR about the joining formalities, rules & regulation, Imp dates of organization, dress codes etc
You can also try to develope the forms i.e appriasal form, feedback form, suggestion form ect.
