Hello all,
Just wanted to clear a query regarding 240 days. IF the employee takes his stipulated PL and CL within the last 240 days period , then will those leaves get deducted while calculating the 240 days. Request urgent reply on this thread.

please attach file of judgement of Justice K. Chandru was dismissing a writ petition filed by the Special Officer of the Srirangam Cooperative Urban Bank claiming the right to withhold the gratuity of an office assistant who was allowed to retire after 34 years of service without prejudice to the criminal proceedings pending against him.

Sir,
I was working a senior manager mechanical in a company. I was on leave but during the leave management send the termination of my service. Following due are not cleared by employer-
2 month's salary, 67 Leave, 2 year's LTA and others. What I can do to get my amount.

If any associates working in the company first six months on company casual ( Jan ~ June )and after that he got the offer letter from the company July onwards .

At the time of superannuation the above period considered for payment of gratuity .
