Dear all,
Can any body through some light on the leave policy for 1 year contract employees. If an employee completes the contract for one year and renews it again with the same company will he/she be eligible for Previlege Leave?

you mean employe on ftc / 3rd party contract
then as per rules; 30 leaves are granted- prorata basis
then it differs from company policy for encashment of the same
if the contract is renewed, they again come into existance
but no eligibility for previledge leave is granted :
these dependeds upon the descretion of management
