If an company employee while reporting duty or leaving from the duty he met with an Road accident (out side) and injured seriously or death in case weather company is liable to pay any compensation?
Note:He is ESI exempted and not covered any insurance also.

It's based on employees contract agreement with the company and the service period. Many companies intially make employees under justation/confirmation period etc 3 months/6months ..., in that case it is matter of curtisy.
even if he is on rolls with long service, company will consider the following
1.whether the person have valid driving license
2.did he in drunken state
3.the way the accident happend, based in FIR report given by the police department. even in this case it is the matter of curtisy by management.
