Dear Frnds,
I have confusion in Salary Break-up calculation.
Is there any other calculation who's salary is less than 10k & more than 10k.
can anybody suggest me the Salary Break-up for salary calculation.

Basic - 40 % of Gross HRA - 40 % of Basic Conveyance - 800 /month Medical Allow- 1250/month Special Allowance - Balancing figure of Gross Salary

I have one more doubt on the same, is this the standard break-up format for everybody? or this will be change for Employees who are getting more salary like Rs.25000/- and more.

Hi..
Please let me know the salary breakup for gross salary of Rs.27000/m.
Let me tell what I knew about breakup
1. Basic - 60% of gross
2. HRA - 25% of Gross
3. Medical - Rs.1250/-
4. Conv - Rs.800/-
balance is special allowance
and PF calculation : is it compulsory on total Basic or minimum is Rs.6500/- basic for PF calculation.
Please give me solution.
