Professional Tax Registration Norms In Hyderabad And Where It Is Payable

Hi we have a branch at Hyderabad. I would like to know the registration norms for PT and where it is payable

Please find PT Form I & II registration fyi, please fill in the necessary submit the same with the following documents:
1) MOA & AOA.
2) Company PAN CARD.
3) Your HYD Branch Address proof (Best one is BSNL Land Line)
And also please check with your hyd staff, where your PT branch falls.
