actually there is no fix structure as per the government norms.
all the companies have their own structure as per their suitability.
there is no persentage of basic and other components.
ONLY MINIMUM WAGES should be considered for the statutory requirement.

HI Mr. RD patil,
The Salary Break up should be complied as per Law ( IT Act, Minimum wages ( according to state Gvt Structure), that's all. other components are based on their company norms. However the basic salary & DA should not be less than 50% percentage of gross salary
