I am working in an IT company where we have a poilicy of getting original documents from the employees who join our company. Now we want to give back their certificates.
I am looking for a format of a letter..."Employee saying...that the I have received original certificates from the company."
The letter should be written on behalf of the employee... and will be given by the company to the employee.

This is to acknowledge the receipt of the original SSC Certificate (specify the document - for example SSS certificate) from ABC Limited on this date (specify the date). And the company is no longer responsible for the same.
