You have violated/breached following terms and conditions of letter of appointment/service agreement i.e., Long Absentism without permission forcing us to invoke the right vested with us under clause 9 and resultant termination with immediate effect.
Further a thorough audit will be conducted in respect of sites acquired by you to our satisfaction, in the event of any further breach of trust/misrepresentation/illegal gratification/unjust enrichment/misappropriation be noticed appropriate steps shall be taken by us against you to recover the same.
Further we reserve our right to take appropriate action against you for any act or omission committed by you during the period of your employment with us which come to our knowledge later point of time and also in the event of any claim being raised by any person against, you shall be responsible and liable to settle such claims at your own cost and efforts without reference to this termination.

Directly you can not terminate for un authorized absenteeism, there is a proces for termination first step is charge sheet, then enquiry on facts of absenteeism and finally if it is proved on enquiry "unauthorized absenteeism" then only you can terminate.
