Statutory compliance is not liability ,its our responsibility.
Statutory compliance and labour laws can also be used as a more effective and usefull employee engagement and retention tools.
Not only employee is benefited,employer also get advantage and relief under the different Act .
But still We think that statutory compliance is liability. But according to me statutory compliance and labour laws are use full tools and techniques for human resource peoples . Use them frequently you will get tremendous results.
I am attaching here two ppt about ESI AND PF benefits to employee covered under these act.
Communicate employee properly about the benefits they can get through ESI and PF in order to make aware of them about these benefits and help them get these benefits.
