Dear,
The official language is arabic here. It is must to draft the employement contract in arabic.
Some of the articles mentioned in the contract are:
Any disputes arising form the interpretation, execution or cancellation of this contract shall, in the event of failure of the parties to reach an amicable settlement, be settled by arbitration according to the regulations of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Arabic shall be the language reliable for the interpretation and execution of the contract. In case of discrepancy between the foreign text and the Arabic text, the Arabic text shall prevail.
If your company is planning to start some business in Saudi Arabia. I think you will get the right informations from Welcome to Invest In Saudi
